Mystic Babylon: S.F. Open Mic Poetry Podcast/TV

Hello. This is John Rhodes and this is Mystic Babylon Open Mike Poetry Podcast broadcasting from near the Haight in San Francisco. Today I am going to have one other poet besides me read, named J.R. Brady.
J. R. Brady is an actor, playwright and poet. Her plays have won awards and have been produced in the United States and in Scotland. From 1995 to 2002 she performed poetry and jazz with her late partner, Jon Greene, at numerous venues including the 1996 Edinburgh Fringe Festival where they received a four star review...Currently, she continues to write and perform. Her work has appeared in numerous publications including 33OO REVIEW, HAIGHT ASHBURY LITERARY JOURNAL, OXYGEN, NORTH COAST LITERARY REVIEW, NORTH BEACH JOURNAL, EARTH'S DAUGHTERS, and VAN GOGH'S EAR. She has had three chapbooks published: MERGING TRAFFIC and GENERATIONS by EYELET PRESS; and VANISHED
LAUGHTER by 3300 PRESS. She has studied with Ernest White at San Francisco State University and with Diane Di Prima.
